We are expanding our team and looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused female professional.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

1–2 years of experience in Call Center, Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, or Patient Support

Strong communication skills in Bangla & English

Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls professionally

Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in appointment scheduling and patient coordination will be an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Hospital Software preferred)

Wellorganized, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
